The full -text database of literary expressionism online is a compilation of 151 magazines, yearbooks, collections and anthologies from the early 20th century with a total of 40,000 articles and 79,000 pages in the full text. Expressionism saw itself as a total artistic movement and worked literarily, musically, artistic and (culture) politically outside of Germany; The content is therefore far beyond the purely Germanistic horizon and offer research in all mental and z. T. also an important basis for social sciences. The database now makes this diverse and complex material accessible for the first time digitally, with the artistic design of the texts being reproduced. As an additional reference function, the database contains bio-bibliographical articles on 350 expressionist authors.
